As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Old Mountain Arboretum relies solely on YOUR generosity and support to fund its mission. In fact, there is no arboretum, no educational programming, no conservation and preservation efforts without our donors, sponsors, members, and volunteers.

Honor Trees
Perfect way to remember, celebrate, or honor. With guidance provided by arboretum staff, you will be able to select a special species to add to our living collection as your personal tribute or dedication. We will add your personalized dedication or message to a custom engraved tree sign and provide you or an individual you choose with a framed and matted picture of your tree and dedication.

* Honor Trees located in living collection: $1,500
Our intent is to care for and maintain Honor Trees for their entire natural life span. However, tree longevity with many species vary with environmental conditions. Old Mountain Arboretum commits to replacing failed trees up to 10 years after a dedication.
